Munro Shoes are based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, USA and are well established in the US middle market female shoe sector.
The objective was to update the existing brand imagery & identity and prepare the company for a launch into the European marketplace.
The company was keen to retain its American heritage and with this in mind we prepared a brand message that was flexible enough to cross the Atlantic.
Beginning with a brand mark that maintained some of the existing feel and heritage, we captured the
internationality that the European launch required.
Having achieved this we then rolled the identity out across all media.
The result was heightened brand awareness in the local market, increased sales and new target group sales (younger market).
An internal communication programme renewed Sales Team enthusiasm.
